We love getting our spreadsheets out and crunching the numbers, sometimes its not all about the feedback and reviews we get from audiences, participants and programmers... sometimes its about the cold hard facts!
So here is our review of 2024!
We presented a total of 157 performances reaching an audience of 15,390.
This was achieved through:
Creating and touring 2 new shows in the UK
Touring 3 shows from our repertoire in the UK and internationally
Creating 1 bespoke performance for a gallery exhibition
We toured productions to Sweden, Iceland, Germany, Korea and Northern Ireland
Which made up 46% of our total audience reach for 2024
Our digital series ‘Look Mum, Let’s Talk About Disability’ reached an online audience of 143,308 across Instagram, Facebook and Youtube.
Which has been “long listed” for the Digital Culture Awards in the Digital Content category which recognises the innovative use of digital technology to improve access to creativity and culture for diverse and representative audiences.
We delivered 22 creative workshops reaching 188 Disabled children and young people
Working in partnership with Great, Barbican and West London Inclusive Arts Festival
We delivered Inclusive arts training for 14 professionals though in-person workshops and reach 48 professionals through our Online Access and Inclusion Training for Arts Professionals
We employed 42 freelance staff of which 57% identified as Disabled, Deaf and/or Neurodivergent and 24% identifying as Global Majority.
We know that arts organisations have a real desire to make their venues, their work, their participation and work with artists more inclusive.
